Fashion designer by chance, chef by passion. I was born in Ripatransone, a small town 500m above sea level. The love for food was passed on to me by my grandmother in the long afternoons spent with her. I graduated as a chef from the Hotel Institute of San Benedetto del Tronto. Thanks to a friend I immediately started working in the fashion world, but I have always kept my love for cooking within me. Today, finally, I can share with you, if you want, my experience with the tradition of Marche cuisine.

Architect by training, Ceramist by passion, Lover of good food for pleasure. I was born in Naples and lived in various places in Italy. I worked in several restaurants as an assistant chef satisfying my gluttony. From my family of origin I acquired traditional dishes, from friends and work I acquired dishes of experience. Today I share with you, if you want, both of these knowledges.
